Description
The Direct Care Worker supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license held for at least one year, a clean driving record, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance; six months of human-services, direct-care, or care-coordination experience is preferred. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees.
