Description
The Caregiver supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants develop budgeting, exercise, and nutrition skills, and supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred human-services or direct-care experience, communication and teamwork skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle. Full-time employees receive a starting rate of $18.00 per hour, a full benefits package, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
