Sevita is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Alexandria to provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role assists with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, complex needs, developmental goals, community participation, and activities. The schedule is evenings Tuesday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with every other Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., and pays $18.97. A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are required; a high school diploma or equivalent is not required, while six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience is preferred.
