Description
ResCare Community Living is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to 4–6 individuals in residential settings or up to 10 individuals in periodic programs. The role includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, meal preparation, transportation, community integration, activities of daily living, documentation, and reporting incidents. It is a non-exempt full-time or part-time hourly position with no supervisory responsibilities, requires a valid driver’s license and computer skills, and offers a 2,000-sign-on bonus with the first installment after 90 days.
