Sevita is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional in Grafton, North Dakota, at $22.35 per hour. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing meaningful relationships, helping participants engage in community activities, supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assisting with personal hygiene and behavioral needs. The position requires a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle report, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent; six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience is preferred. Two full-time schedules are offered, with full-time benefits including a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
