Description
The full-time caregiver will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, complex needs, developmental goals, community participation, and activities. The role offers pay of 21.00, full-time benefits including a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, holiday pay, training, and job security. A high school diploma is not required, while six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred; communication, adaptability, teamwork, time management, patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility are also sought. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are required.
