Description
The full-time Community Caregiver supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants develop goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. The role pays $16.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday and weekend schedule, with benefits including a 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and training. A high school diploma or equivalent is not required, while six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred; applicants need a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance.
