The Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver provides training, assistance, and supervision to individuals receiving care in residential and community settings. Responsibilities include helping with meals, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, medication administration, community outings, transportation, and supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months to one year of human services experience, a valid driver's license, background-check clearance, and an 18-year-old or older applicant. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits for full-time employees.
