Spectrum Community Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide on-site coordination of active treatment in Adult Foster Care or Community Living Services homes or private residences for individuals with physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral disabilities. The role may include assistance with cooking, cleaning, community integration, health, and personal care. Applicants must be at least 18, provide two work references, hold a valid Michigan driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, have reliable transportation, and pass background, medical, and Michigan Long-term Care screening.
