SPIN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized, direct assistance to people with disabilities, helping them develop independence, achieve personal goals, participate in community activities, and access support services. The role includes daily living support, documentation, care-plan collaboration, and social-skills facilitation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with individuals with disabilities or in a related field, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and availability for a three-week hourly paid training program. The position works Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., 40 hours per week, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
