SPIN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them develop independence, achieve personal goals, participate in community activities, and access resources. The role includes daily living support, documentation, care-plan collaboration, and facilitation of social interactions. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with individuals with disabilities or in a related field, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and availability for a 2.5-week hourly paid training program.
