SPIN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized, direct assistance to people with disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, goal development, documentation, care-plan collaboration, and community engagement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with individuals with disabilities or a related field, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and attendance at a 2.5-week hourly paid training program. The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., totaling 32 hours weekly, with benefits available to employees working 30 or more hours.
