Springbrook is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide assistance to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across educational, residential, and community settings. The role supports activities of daily living, personal care, choice, independence, and protective oversight while complying with company policies and state regulations. Full-time and part-time positions are available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with work in adults’ or children’s programs and possible reassignment to other locations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with communication, computer, driving, lifting, and physical-intervention capabilities.
