Springbrook is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide assistance to adults and children with developmental disabilities across educational, residential, and community settings. The role supports activities of daily living, promotes independence and choice, provides protective oversight, and follows company policies and state regulations. Full-time and part-time positions are available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $20.00–$22.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
