Easterseals Rhode Island is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role implements Individual Service Plans and employment plans, assists with community integration, transportation, daily living, socialization, medication administration, documentation, crisis intervention, and job preparation. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or related experience and training, is preferred. The position pays $21.12 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
