Description
The Direct Support Professional provides training, coaching, mentoring, counseling, and case management to people with disabilities in employment services or group day programs. Responsibilities include individual and group support, adaptive equipment and mobility training, virtual learning, behavioral management, reporting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with families and community professionals. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, computer literacy, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license; compensation is $17-$18 per hour with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
