Description
The Overnight Direct Support Professional maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for children in care, providing close supervision, counseling, and support during cottage-based activities. They plan and implement individual and group initiatives to develop children's skills and self-esteem, ensuring their basic needs are met and the cottage remains organized and clean. This role involves active supervision, adherence to schedules, application of trauma-sensitive care and TCI techniques, documentation of observations, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
