Description
The role provides close supervision and care for individuals with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries, including 1:1 supervision, treatment-plan participation, documentation, safe transport, property maintenance, and compliance with OPWDD and agency procedures. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid New York State driver's license, SCIP-R and AMAP certifications, background clearance, and physical-examination and Mantoux compliance; experience with people with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries is preferred.
