Description
SPIN is hiring a Direct Support Professional BHA to provide direct, compassionate support to individuals with behavioral health needs, help them achieve personal goals, collaborate on individualized care plans, document client progress, and follow industry standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, availability for a 2.5-week hourly paid training program, and experience with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and positive behavioral support. The schedule is 32 hours weekly across Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with benefits available to employees working 30 or more hours.
