Description
SPIN is hiring a Direct Support Professional BHA to provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, help them achieve personal goals, collaborate on individualized care plans, document client progress, and follow industry standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, and attendance at a 2.5-week hourly paid training program. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, experience with developmental disabilities, and experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and positive behavioral support. The schedule is 32 hours weekly, with Sun/Mon 8am–4pm and Fri/Sat 4pm–12am, and benefits are available to employees working 30+ hours.
