SPIN is seeking Direct Support Professionals BHA to provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, help them achieve personal goals, collaborate on individualized care plans, document client progress, and follow industry standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, and availability for a 2.5-week hourly paid training program. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, experience with developmental disabilities, and experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and positive behavioral support.
