Description
SPIN is hiring a Direct Support Professional BHA to provide direct, compassionate support to individuals with behavioral health needs, help them achieve personal goals, collaborate on individualized care plans, document client progress, and follow industry standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, availability for a 2.5-week hourly paid training program, and experience with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and positive behavioral support. The schedule is Sunday/Monday 4pm–12am and Friday/Saturday 8am–4pm, totaling 32 hours weekly, with benefits available to employees working 30+ hours.
