Anderson Center for Autism is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Children’s Services Program in Staatsburg, New York. This evening-shift role supports autistic youth in a residential environment through personal care, meal preparation, supervision, behavior-plan implementation, documentation, and collaboration with families and clinical staff. The position offers paid training even for candidates without experience, requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid New York State driver’s license, age 21 or older, weekend/evening availability, and certifications such as First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R, and medication administration after hire. Compensation is $21.00 to $26.45 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement match, and professional development.
