Description
The Classroom Instructional Assistant supports clients in Grafton Integrated Health Network’s Education program by assisting academic teachers with instructional and therapeutic activities, lesson planning, progress assessment, and individualized goal implementation. The role also provides client supervision, safety, crisis management, documentation, transportation, and support for residence and classroom environments. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in human services or the specified associate’s/high-school qualifications, must be at least 19, pass background and drug screening, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate basic computer skills. Compensation starts at $17 and can reach $22 per hour, with overtime and shift differentials available.
