Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in their homes and communities. The role focuses on daily living support, skill-building, community participation, documentation, and communication with supervisors while maintaining health, safety, rights, and dignity. The position offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities, requires a high school diploma or GED, and prefers a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and experience with IDD support.
