Hope Network is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to individuals building independence. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, medications, community outings, transportation, and meaningful skill development, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Applicants should be compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, communicative, adaptable, patient, resilient, and respectful of individual differences; a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, background-check and fingerprint clearance, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred or required.
