Access Services is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Day Program in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. The role provides personalized support to adults with developmental disabilities or autism, helps participants maintain independence, supports community inclusion, documents care, and assists with daily living, personal care, mobility, and transportation. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding community-based work. One year of direct-care experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred, and First Aid, CPR, and Community Participation Supports certification is provided within six months. The position starts at $17 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, disability protection, sick leave, paid time off, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and mileage and toll reimbursement.
