Description
Alpha Health Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one, community- and home-based support for a participant with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. The role includes transportation, personal care, community inclusion, health and behavior monitoring, documentation, individualized support-plan implementation, meal preparation, HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, care-team collaboration, and completion of Pennsylvania ODP training and certifications.
