Beacon Specialized Living is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The role provides hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, meals, housekeeping, transportation, medication administration, documentation, advocacy, and community engagement. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, including CPR, de-escalation, and medication administration.
