Abilities Network is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals in the Baltimore Metro region, including Baltimore City, Middle River, Essex, and Dundalk, Maryland. The role transports individuals to community activities, volunteer opportunities, job sites, and other events; provides coaching, supports skill development, and helps individuals build independence. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a positive driving record, automobile liability insurance, and access to a personal vehicle. The position pays $18.00 per hour, includes a $20.00 auto allowance and mileage reimbursement, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
