Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional in Swedesboro, New Jersey, to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The role includes maintaining safe and clean living environments, monitoring well-being, teaching daily living skills, documenting progress, supporting community participation, and completing professional training. No prior experience is required; applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. Full-time shifts are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with weekends included, and part-time shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits. The salary is up to $21.50.
