Benchmark Human Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in residential, community, and home settings. The role includes developing individual plans, assisting with daily living and personal care, administering medications, documenting healthcare and program activities, supporting recreational and therapeutic activities, and providing crisis de-escalation and behavior-support assistance where applicable. Dover offers part-time weekend openings, while Milford offers full-time and part-time openings. The position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, access to a vehicle, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years of age; developmental-disability experience is preferred.
