Community Access Services is hiring multiple full-time Direct Support Professionals in Salem, Oregon to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential group homes and community living settings. The role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, household tasks, community activities, medication administration, documentation, mobility support, and promoting independence and dignity. No prior DSP experience is required because paid training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED and valid driver's license, pass a background check, become an approved company driver, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Pay is $21.75–$22.75 per hour plus a $1,000 hiring bonus, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
