Cove Residential is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals in Chepachet, Rhode Island, to provide person-centered supervision, individualized care, and support for adult clients with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home and community setting. The role includes hands-on assistance, behavioral intervention, job coaching, documentation, and other assigned duties, with 1st-shift and 3rd-shift options.
