Halcyon Residential is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Easton, Massachusetts to provide person-centered supervision and individualized care for adult male residents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home. The role includes hands-on assistance, job coaching, role modeling, documentation, and other assigned duties, with a Saturday and Sunday schedule and a $1,000 pro-rated sign-on bonus. Applicants need at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and certifications or training in first aid/CPR, medication administration, and safety care.
