Cove Residential is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, to provide person-centered supervision, individualized care, and support for five male adult residents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home. The role includes hands-on assistance, behavioral intervention, job coaching, role modeling, and other assigned duties, with shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The position requires at least one year of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification; training is provided for some certifications.
