Groden Residential is hiring Direct Support Professionals for full-time and part-time residential group-home shifts in Johnston, Rhode Island. The role provides person-centered supervision, individualized care, behavioral support, and assistance with daily living activities for up to five young adult residents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Full-time and part-time schedules are listed, with pay of $21–$23 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants need at least two years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, a high school diploma or GED with four years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with two years of experience, along with English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification.
