Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, or other assistance needs. The role includes helping with activities of daily living, household and meal support, shopping, budgeting, appointments, community activities, documentation, and transportation, while promoting independence and supporting Individual Service Plans. The position offers a fixed starting rate of $18.50 per hour, varied schedules including weekends and holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
