Description
Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, or other assistance needs. The role includes helping with activities of daily living, household and meal support, shopping, budgeting, appointments, community activities, documentation, and transportation, while promoting independence and supporting Individual Service Plans. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, basic computer skills, English communication ability, and willingness to assist with personal care and activities of daily living. The position offers a fixed starting rate of $18.50 per hour, open schedules including weekends and holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
