The role involves assisting with personal care, daily activities, appointments, transportation, safety, documentation, and skill development, while maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED/HSED, communication and basic computer skills, sound judgment, medication-administration course completion, a valid Class C driver’s license, background-check clearance, reliable transportation, and proof of state minimum liability insurance.
