Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. The role works every other weekend from Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and includes assistance with personal hygiene, community participation, independent living skills, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Responsibilities also include documentation, medication administration when applicable, and other assigned duties. The position pays $23 per hour, requires a current driver's license, at least 20 years of age, at least two years of driving experience, and the ability to transport supported individuals; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
