Shrub Oak International School is hiring an on-site Direct Support Professional to support autistic students in a residential therapeutic school. The role provides daily care, schedules, individualized goal support, life-skills mentoring, documentation, crisis de-escalation, and transportation when required. It pays $20.00 or more based on experience and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant customer service or human service experience, crisis management and de-escalation experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding campus activities.
