Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its WAVES program, a short-term treatment center serving women in Mercer County, West Virginia. The role provides protective oversight, supports daily living and life-skills development, monitors behavior and needs, communicates with the treatment team, follows safety procedures, and completes documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while prior behavioral health, residential care, or direct-support experience is preferred but not required.
