Hope Network is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional in Bay Haven for second- and third-shift work totaling 36 hours. The role provides person-centered support for individuals building independence, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, medications, community outings, transportation, and meaningful skill development. Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, communicative, adaptable, patient, resilient, and person-centered; a high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license are preferred, while the ability to lift 50 pounds, pass background checks and fingerprints, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification are required.
