ODC is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Day Aide to support individuals with disabilities in its day services programming. The role provides life-enhancing activities, daily living skills, community and social awareness, leisure, recreational, and educational activities, and discreet personal care. It requires a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and an insured vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexible scheduling, and the position pays $17.00 with health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement matching, and other benefits.
