Kindly is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one companionship, community participation assistance, daily living and personal care support, safety monitoring, documentation, and communication for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role supports minimally verbal or non-verbal individuals with higher support needs, includes transportation to approved activities and appointments, requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, background checks, paid training, and strong communication skills, and is offered on a full-time or part-time, in-person basis.
