Halcyon is hiring full- and part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Dighton, Massachusetts to provide person-centered supervision, individualized care, and support for five female residents in a residential group home. The role includes assistance with toileting and showering, job coaching, role modeling, housekeeping, and behavioral interventions, along with physical lifting and transportation duties. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and First Aid/CPR certification; autism and developmental-disability experience is preferred but training is provided. The schedule includes Tuesday through Sunday shifts, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees and pro-rated benefits.
