Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Priority Hiring | Fast-Track Application Process at Our House, Inc.

Our House, Inc. is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. The role assists with daily living, personal care, medication administration, transportation, community inclusion, safety, documentation, and advocacy. Available shifts are Saturday–Sunday from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 3:00 AM–11:00 PM, with pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and complete paid in-office training.
