Our House, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. The role assists with daily living, personal care, medication administration, transportation, community inclusion, safety, documentation, and advocacy. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with pay of $20.00 per hour in Basking Ridge and $21.00 per hour in designated behavioral or medical homes. The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, and completion of paid in-office training.
