New Hope of Indiana is hiring Direct Support Professionals for full-time or part-time shifts supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with personal care, grooming, bathing, feeding, cooking, cleaning, planning activities, and driving individuals to community outings and appointments. Work locations include Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, and Fishers. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of relevant work, volunteer, or internship experience, a valid Indiana driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to work flexible hours and use a personal vehicle as needed.
